for employers to find the best available talent for
critical hires. RecruitHire.com allows you to search
for world class recruiters according to industry
specification and an industry first recruiter rating
system. By matching employers to recruiters with
networks of highly skilled candidates who have been
screened and prequalified, RecruitHire.com speeds up
the recruiting process by eliminating unnecessary
business development efforts. RecruitHire.com helps you
fill your job openings faster than ever before!
How much does it cost to use RecruitHire?
There is no cost to the employer to use RecruitHire.
No start up cost or monthly fees. Nothing, zero, it is
absolutely FREE.
How does RecruitHire make money?
Every time a successful placement is made
RecruitHire keeps 15% of the placement fee and delivers
85% directly to the successful recruiter. Recruiters
who refer or are referred by enterprise solutions will
be eligible for significantly higher placement fee
percentages. Employers will continue to pay recruiting
fees as usual but will experience a more efficient and
timely outcome from the recruiting process.
How are the fees determined between Employers and
Recruiters?
Employers set the rate at which they are comfortable
paying fees for recruiter services. The typical fee
structure is anywhere from 15% to 35% of first year
compensation. Fees will vary from industry to
industry�in Information Technology
fields the average fee is approximately 20%--in the
Financial/banking industry the average fee is closer to
30%. Varying levels of efforts on the part of the
recruiter will command varying fees. Also keep in mind,
particularly difficult searches will require higher
fees.
How can I maximize my results on Recruithire?
There are two main ways to get the most of our your
recruiting experience with RecruitHire;
- Use the system often and in the way it was
intended.
- Set your fee % high and you will attract the best
recruiters to work on filling your jobs.
How do I pay the fee once I have hired a candidate
for my open position?
Employers will pay Recruithire the fee stated in the
Terms of Use agreement. Payment can be made via ACH,
check or wire transfer. Once the fee is received by
Recruithire the funds will go into an escrow account
until the candidate guarantee period has elapsed, if
the guarantee period is not met then the funds are
returned to the employer. Only after the candidate
guarantee has successfully elapsed does Recruithire pay
the recruiter the fee earned on the successful
placement.
What is the candidate guarantee and how does that
work?
The candidate guarantee is a period of time that
Recruithire will guarantee the candidate will remain
employed. To eliminate unnecessary confusion there are
3 guarantee periods when using Recruithire;
- For 35% fees and above �90
day money back guarantee
- For 25% to 34% fees �60 day
money back guarantee
- For any fee under 25% --30 day money back
guarantee

How do I control the flow of resumes from
recruiters?
With Recruithire you control who sends you resumes
and how many resumes can one recruiter send you. Surf
through our Recruiting Ratings to identify who you want
to engage as a recruiter and specify how many
resumes/candidates you want to see in a given period of
time.
If you can't decide who to
engage�don't worry! Recruiters
will be searching for employers needs that match up
with their candidate networks and they will submit a
ticket request to work directly with you. After
reviewing their profile and accomplishments you can
choose to engage the recruiter or not.
Will recruiters start bombarding me with
unsolicited phone calls, emails etc...?
Not at all. Your contact information is only
viewable by recruiters who you have screened and
selected as work partners. You control who gets access
to your information.
How do I know if I am working with a great
recruiter?
With the industry first and only Recruiter
Ratingtm system, you can screen recruiters
on a performance basis as well as review profile
information and references.
What if a dispute arises with a recruiter that I
engage?
Disputes are very rare when working with
Recruithire. When they do occur Recruithire has a panel
of experienced employers and emeritus recruiters who
act as a neutral mediator to resolve the dispute. We
deal with each situation on a case by case basis. If
mediation is unsuccessful, either party can enforce the
Terms of Use to the fullest extent permitted by
law.
How easy is it to use Recruithire?
Much easier than using recruiters offline. Our
proprietary software allows you to control and monitor
all steps of the recruiting process, from recruiter
selection to candidate submissions down through to the
hiring decision. It�s as easy as
your ABC's.
How soon will I see results?
Results can be seen in as little as a few hours.
Because Recruithire lets you take control of the
recruiting process, you control how fast you get
results. If you are not getting results you were
looking for you it can be for a number of reasons ie.
job attractiveness, fee percentage, job position level,
job location, and difficulty of placement. Although it
is impossible to make promises about any particular
job, employers using Recruithire report that when they
post well-priced fees, they see results faster than
with any other means available.
